Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days after payment is processed. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

We ship primarily via FedEx or UPS. Smaller items may be shipped using USPS at our discretion. Tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

We are not the courier. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with them. Any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

If an item requires a signature and you fail to sign for it, resulting in the package being returned to us, that is your responsibility. You will be required to pay all associated return shipping costs as well as re-shipment fees before the item is sent out again.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an item has been shipped.
