Return Policy and Terms
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, uninstalled, with all original packaging and documentation. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, email shop@exhaustclip.com. If your return is approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and instructions on where to send the item. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Damages and Fitment Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe an item is damaged, defective, or does not fit as described, you must document the issue with clear photos and a short video explaining what is happening. This documentation must be submitted to shop@exhaustclip.com within 30 days.
We will forward your documentation to the manufacturer and attempt to arrange a return or replacement. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the manufacturer’s decision.
No returns will be accepted due to:

Installer error, lack of skill, or improper installation

The part being too complex or difficult to install

The part not fitting the way you prefer

The product not producing as much horsepower or performance as advertised

Sound or tone differences compared to online clips
Used, Installed, and Special Items
Used, installed, or modified items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Once an item has been installed, it is considered used and no longer eligible for return.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Sound Disclaimer
Our gallery is for reference only. Sound clips are recorded under different conditions, vehicles, and setups. The way a product sounds online may not be identical to how it sounds on your car.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at shop@exhaustclip.com.
